Sigma has received renewed trust to serve as framework supplier also during 2008 to Ascom Sverige AB in Göteborg/ Herrljunga. The framework agreement covers consulting services within software, system development, testing and technical documentation and is expected to be worth about SEK 6-7 M.

Ascom Sverige AB specializes in wireless internal communications in healthcare, the engineering and process industries, correctional facilities, hotels and the retail trade. The company develops, produces and sells advanced communications solutions for VoWiFi, IP-DECT, DECT, Nurse call and personal paging systems. The custom-tailored solutions can comprise message processing, alarm and mobility platforms for voice and data communications.

“Our cooperation with Sigma has functioned well and, consequently, we have renewed the framework agreement for 2008,” says Mats Espling, R&D Manager at Ascom. “It is important for us to be able to align resources after new requirements or optimizations and then good cooperation is an important prerequisite.”
