Sigma Kudos China has grown rapidly during the last year, with good momentum and a solid number of employees in China and a stable business within several market segments. Sigma Kudos now takes the next step in China and strengthens the organization. 

Shuoyi Li is the new Country Manager for Sigma Kudos China. Shuoyi has been with Sigma Kudos since 2007, working as a team leader and site manager for the Shanghai site. Shuoyi takes over the responsibility as country manager for China from Fredrik Wenneberg, who will move on to become Global Operations Manager for China and Asia.

-“This is a natural progression for the company now that we left the start-up phase and entered stable situation with business growth”, says Fredrik Wenneberg and continues “Shuoyi has proven his abilities and grown with each task since he started at Sigma Kudos in 2007, so I’m certain he is the right man for the job.” As Country Manager, Shuoyi will be responsible for all personnel and projects in China.

In his new role Fredrik will be responsible for the development of Chinese and Asian customer accounts and the links between Asian and European delivery sites. He will also take over the responsibility for the Malaysian partner office. The new role enabled Fredrik and his family to move back to Sweden after three years in Beijing, China.
