Global operations are also a part of Sigma Kudos’ shared and documented knowledge. We have not only a long experience of working in projects with multi-site deliveries, but also well documented processes and methods for this. Our consultants and management are used to working in this environment.

In several cases, we at Sigma Kudos have developed or refined our processes or developed tools in order to better support Global Operations. An example of this is a virtual showroom or project area, where our customers can review the final versions of e-learning productions that we develop.
