Sigma Kudos’ customers are often large companies in competitive business segments, companies that are truly global or becoming global.
We have pursued a long-term strategy of becoming a global supplier to our customers. Globalization at Sigma Kudos is twofold: the Global-Local strategy and the Offshore strategy.
Sigma Kudos often works as an integral part of our customers’ operations, in close co-operation with R&D departments. Therefore, we aim to have our main sites close to our customers’ R&D premises. We do not hesitate to open an office where there is a demand for our services – which we have proven several times in the past. This is the Global-Local strategy.
The Offshore strategy is Sigma Kudos’ strong capabilities and track record of using and integrating a back office as part of Sigma Kudos deliveries. We have routines and processes that simplify the transfer of a part of the work to a region with good access to skilled personnel, good management, and also cost advantages.
