The ISO certifications require us to demonstrate that we measure our performance through our management system’s goals and key performance indicators.

All our projects and systems are audited internally, and our processes are audited both internally and externally. These audits are an essential part of our work towards continuous improvement. The customer satisfaction survey is another vital part of our continued improvement.
